ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] Seeking a direction to the respondents to grant parole to the detenu for the period of one month from 14.07.2018 to 15.08.2018 for the Khatna function of his son, the wife of the detenu has filed this habeas corpus petition. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3.Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has given a representation dated 30.06.2018 seeking parole to her husband and the same is still pending consideration.

4.Taking into consideration the pendency of the representation dated 30.06.2018, the second respondent is directed to consider the said representation and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The Habeas Corpus Petition is disposed of accordingly.
