ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.) Alleging that the order dated 16.08.2016 passed in W.A. No. 406 of 2012 has not been complied with, the present contempt petition has been filed.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, learned Government Advocate produced a copy of the communication sent by the Chief Educational Officer, Pudukottai, in Na.Ka.No.1086/A4/2011 dated 26.02.2019.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the monthly benefit has not been given in tune with the aforesaid order.

4. Learned Government Advocate submitted that the same would be complied with within a period of six weeks from today. The said statement stands recorded.

In view of the above, this contempt petition stands closed.
