This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records in Crime No.576 of 2022 on the file of the 1st respondent and quash the First Information Report as against the petitioners herein. 2.When this Court expressed its view that the contention of the learned counsel for the petitioners for quashment of case in Cr.No.576 of 2022 cannot be accepted, the learned counsel for the petitioners prayed permission of this Court for withdrawal of this petition. Permission is granted. 3.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
