These petitions have been filed seeking to amend the name of the petitioner M.Gokulakrishnan @ Gokul instead of M.Gokulakrishnan and Sections 354, 354(A)(1)(i), 354(B), 294(b) of IPC and Section 4 of Tamil Nadu Prohibition of Harassment of Women Act, 2002 instead of Sections 354, 354(A) and 354(B) of IPC in the order passed in Crl.O.P.No.29241 of 2023 dated 29.12.2023 and to extend the time limit for complying with the conditions.

2.Heard both sides.

3.Considering the submission, these petitions are ordered as prayed for.

4.The Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the petition seeking anticipatory bail in Crl.O.P.No.29241 of 2023 and also issue fresh order copy in order dated 29.12.2023.

5.Since amendment had been ordered today, time is extended for complying the conditions till 22.02.2024.
