ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.19425 of 2024 by an order dated 27.09.2024 passed by this Court to report before the respondent police on alternate Saturdays at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the condition imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.19425 of 2024 on 27.09.2024 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police once in three months, ie., April, July, October, January on the first working day at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. 05.02.2025 vsg 2/4
