ORDER

This contempt petition has been filed to punish the respondent for the willful disobedience of the order of this Court in Crl.OP.No.6920 of 2020 dated 01.06.2020 thereby directed the respondent to complete the investigation and file final report in Cr.No.2 of 2019 within a period of four months from the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ date of receipt of copy of that order.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the respondent completed investigation in Cr.No.2 of 2019 and also filed final report before the IV Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet, Chennai on 22.02.2021 and the same was received in SR.No.675 of 2021.
