ORDER

This petition is filed seeking for a direction, directing the respondents to register the complaint dated 09.12.2014 in CSR No.1956/14 on the file of Selaiyur Police Station, Chennai-59.

2. It is represented by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioners petition enquiry has been conducted in C.S.R.No.1956 of 2014 and the same has been closed on 19.12.2014. A copy of the closure report is furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that a suit is pending in O.S.No.222 of 2014 and W.P.No.32847 of 2014 is also pending with regard to the dispute.

Under such circumstances, no positive direction could be given to the respondent police to register a case. Hence, this https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

petition is closed with a liberty to the petitioners to workout their remedy in the manner known to law.
