ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, to register the First Information Report against the accused persons based on the petitioner's complaint dated 22.09.2021 as per law.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (criminal side) would submit that based on the petitioner's complaint dated 22.09.2021, a preliminary enquiry was conducted in CSR.No.542 of 2021 and the case has been closed on 24.09.2021.
3. At this Juncture, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the closure report has not been served on the petitioner.

4. In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent police to issue a copy of the closure report on the petitioner within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On receipt of the closure report, the petitioner is at liberty to file a protest petition before the Jurisdictional Court.
