Mrs.P.Kavitha, Government Advocate (Education) Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a writ of Mandamus to direct the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 11.08.2018 and to pass appropriate orders on merits within the time limit to be fixed.

O R D E R

Aggrieved by the transfer order from Panchayat Union Middle School, Thenkarani to Panchayat Middle School, Karikalavakkam, Tiruvallur Union, Ekkadu, the petitioner made a representation dated 11.08.2018 to the respondent. As the same was not considered, the petitioner has filed the present writ petition seeking appropriate relief.

2. Ms.P.Kavitha, learned Government Advocate (Education) takes notice on behalf of the respondents and submits that the representation of the petitioner would be considered on merits and in accordance with law, within the time stipulated by this Court.

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without going into the merits of the matter, the respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 11.08.2018, on merits and in accordance with law, and pass orders, after affording an opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioner, within a period of eight weeks from the date of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

receipt of a copy of this order. The writ petition is disposed of in the above terms. No costs.
