This Court, while disposing the Civil Revision Petition in CRP PD No.2401 of 2010 has directed the trial Court to dispose the petition in I.A.No.174 of 2009 in O.S.No.04/2009, within a period of two months.

2. The trial Court, vide its letter in D.No.230 dated 27.03.2019 has requested a further period of six months to dispose of the suit.

3. Having regard to the reasons stated in the letter and in the facts and circumstances of the case, a further period of four months is granted, from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order, to dispose the suit.
