O R D E R
These writ petitions have been filed directing respondents concerned to provide police protection.
2. The petitioner in both the writ petitions has lodged complaint stating that the Tamil Nadu General Workers Union / respondent was indulging in unlawful activities and would result in loss to the properties belonging to the petitioner company and hence, the petitioner sought for police protection.
3. Now, almost four years have lapsed and hence the prayer sought for in these writ petitions by the petitioner cannot be granted at this stage. However, the petitioner is at liberty to file a fresh petitions, on fresh cause of action, if so advised.
4. With the above observations, these Writ Petition stand disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
