2. Though, name of the learned counsel for the appellant is shown in today's cause list, there is no appearance. Hence, we are constrained to dismiss the appeal for non-prosecution. Accordingly, writ appeal is dismissed for non-prosecution. No Costs. Consequently, the connected Civil Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
