ORDER

The Writ Petition has been filed for direction directing the first respondent to consider the petitioner Company representation dated 16.12.2021 and issue No Objection Certificate and exempt petitioner's lands in S.Nos.196, 201, 203, 204, 205, 206, 208, 209, 210, 211, 212, 213, 214, 224, 225, 226, 227 and 228 measuring total extent of 109.75 acres of land in Nalaganakothapalli Village, Shoolagiri Taluk, Krishnagiri District from acquisition proceedings within a time frame as fixed by this Court.

2. Heard, Mr.M.Palanivel, the learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr.G.Krishna Raja, Additional Government Pleader appearing for respondents 1, 3 to 6, and Mr.Yogesh Kannadasan, Special Government Pleader appearing for the seventh respondent.

3. Without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the first respondent is directed to conduct enquiry on the representation of the petitioner dated 16.12.2021 after issuing notice to the petitioner and giving them opportunity of hearing and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
