ORDER

This petition is filed to extend the time to comply with the conditions granted in Crl.M.P.No.1 of 2025 in Crl.A.No.1331 of 2025 in STC No.29 of 2025 vide order dated 11.11.2025.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that due to illness, the petitioner was unable to arrange funds and deposit before the Trial Court. Therefore, this petition has been filed seeking the aforesaid prayer. He would further submit that the petitioner is ready to deposit the amount, within a period of three weeks.

3. Taking into consideration the submission made, the time granted in Crl.M.P.No.1 of 2025 in Crl.A.No.1331 of 2025 in STC No.29 of 2025 vide order dated 11.11.2025 stands extended by three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is made clear that no further extension will be granted.
