The present revision petition is filed challenging the orders passed in IA.No.1659 of 2008 in AS.No.154 of 2004 on the file of the Principal District Judge, Coimbatore. The said Interlocutory Application was filed to receive additional documents at the appellate stage. 2/4
2. The learned Principal District Judge, Coimbatore after analysing the evidence on record, allowed the petition and marked the additional documents as Ex.B25 to Ex.B28 vide his fair and decreetal orders dated 11.12.2008. Aggrieved over the same, the present Civil Revision Petition is filed.
3. Mr.T.S.Baskaran, learned counsel appearing for the respondents 1 to 9 contended that the First Appeal in AS.No.154 of 2004 was disposed of by the learned Principal District Judge, Coimbatore and a Second Appeal in SA.No.1048 of 2010 was also filed before this Court.
4. Since the present Civil Revision Petition is filed challenging the orders passed in IA.No.1659 of 2008 in AS.No.154 of 2004 on the file of the Principal District Judge, Coimbatore, nothing survives for further adjudication. Therefore, the present Civil Revision Petition is dismissed. No costs.
