In a suit for specific performance, the Court is concerned only with the contract entered into between the plaintiff and the defendants and not with rights of the third parties. If the third party has a right, he has to work out it separately by way of separate proceedings and not intermeddle in a case in which he absolutely has no interest. Therefore, CRP is dismissed. No costs. Connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
