This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to register the Complaint dated 08.10.2013 in C.S.R.No.137 of 2013 given by the petitioner and to take action against the person mentioned in the complaint and also to file a final report within a specified time.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. It is represented by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that petition enquiry was conducted in C.S.R.No.137 of 2013 and the same was closed on 18.06.2015. On the subsequent complaint given, the respondent police registered a case in crime No.218 of 2015 under Sections 294(b), 427, 445, 457, 506(ii) I.P.C. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
