2. When the matter came up for consideration on 26.09.2025, there was no representation on either side and hence this Court passed the following order :

''Appeal by the wife, aggrieved by the judgment of the Family Court, dissolving the marriage on the ground of cruelty and desertion, was earlier dismissed by this Court for default on 04.12.2017 and later restored vide order, dated 25.07.2019.

Today, when the matter is listed, there is no representation for the appellant.
