This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.OP.No.25467 of 2022 on 19.10.2022 to report before the learned VII Additional Sessions Judge, Chennai, daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3.Considering the said submission and the charge sheet has been filed, the condition imposed on the petitioner is relaxed. However, the petitioner shall appear before the Trial Court on all hearing dates without fail.
