PRAYER: This Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code, 1973, to call for the records relating to the F.I.R. in crime No.09/2021 alleged offenses under Sections 5(1) r/w 6 of Protection of Child from sexual offenses Act, 2012 on the file of the first respondent police herein and quash the same.
