(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) The petitioners have challenged the order dated 23.07.2009 passed in I.A.No.356 of 2009 in O.A.No.115 of 2002 on the file of Debts Recovery Tribunal, Coimbatore.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioners as well as the learned counsel for the first respondent/Bank state that pursuant to One Time Settlement, the matter has been settled between the petitioners and the first respondent-bank and the amount was paid and the loan account is closed.
