C.M.A.No.1161 of 2021 C.M.A.No.1161 of 2021 N.MALA, J., This matter came up for hearing today under the caption "For Being Mentioned" at the instance of the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the appellant.
2.The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the appellant submits that in the Judgment passed by this Court on 31.03.2023 in C.M.A.No.1161 of 2021, in paragraph Nos.6, 7 and 8 of the above said Judgment instead of stating second respondent it has been stated as first respondent. 3.Accordingly, the paragraph Nos.6, 7 and 8 of the order dated 31.03.2023, in the above Civil Miscellaneous Appeal shall be read as follows: "6.When the matter was taken up for hearing on 29.03.2023 before this Court, the learned counsel for the second respondent wanted to verify the medical bills and so the matter was adjourned for the purpose of verification by the learned counsel for the second respondent.

ah 7.Today (31.03.2023), when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the second respondent submits that he has verified the medical bills and he is convinced about the genuineness of the same.
