Prayer in C.R.P.No.246 of 2010:- Civil Revision Petition is filed under Section 115 of C.P.C., to set aside the fair and decreetal order dated 11.06.2007 made in R.E.A.No.46 of 2004 in R.E.P.No.22 of 2004 in O.S.No.5 of 1985 on the file of the learned Subordinate Judge, Mettur. For Petitioners in both C.R.Ps : Mr.S.Doraisamy For Respondents in both C.R.Ps : Not ready in notice

COMMON ORDER Today when the matters are taken up for hearing the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that the first petitioner and some of the respondents died and he has no instruction to proceed with the case.

It is seen from the records that the present petitions are pending from the year 2010 and even till today no steps have been taken to issue notice to the respondents. In both cases, the first petitioner and some of the respondents died. However no steps have been taken to impleade the legal representatives of the deceased parties.

Hence, both the Civil Revision Petitions are dismissed as default. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
