This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner that the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police twice daily at 10.30 a.m., and 5.30 p.m., until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.23273 of 2022 dated 26.09.2022.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3.Considering the said submission and the charge sheet has not been filed, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police on every Wednesday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of three months.
