This Crl.M.P. has been filed to implead the proposed party viz., Sabir Begam, wife of late Shajagan as 2nd Respondent in the above Criminal Original Petition.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances, and being satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is allowed. The Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the cause title.

4. Notice to the proposed 2nd respondent returnable by two weeks.

5. Private notice to the 2nd respondent also permitted.

6. Post the matter on 03.02.2022.
