This petition has been filed to transfer the investigation to some other agency to investigate the case in Crime No.516 f 2015 on the file of the 2nd respondent police. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the first respondent police has completed the investigation in Crime No.516 of 2015 and also filed a charge sheet in S.C.No.34 of 2018 on the file of the learned Mahila Court, Vellore and now the case also completed in S.C.No.34 of 2018 on the file of the learned Mahila Court, Vellore. At this stage, the investigation cannot be transferred.
