This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 1199 days in filing the Cross Appeal in the S.No.417 of 2020.

2. The Learned Counsel for the respondent would fairly states that the delay can be condoned and cross appeal can be taken up along with the Second Appeal.

3. In view of the same, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
