Mr.Ganesh, learned counsel on behalf of Mr.C.Selvaraj, learned counsel accepts notice for the sole respondent/Regional Manager, Tamil Nadu Civil Supplies Corporation, Vellore and is armed with instructions to enable final disposal of this Writ Petition, even at the stage of admission. Pg.No.1/4

2. The prayer is for a mandamus simplicitor directing the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 21.09.2023, wherein he had sought payment of an amount of Rs.80,556/- towards supply of 105 bags of paddy (Fz;L bey; nrh;e;j bey; ufk;) to the Direct Purchase Centre, Keelveedhi colony, Nemili Taluk, Vellore District.

3. He claims to be holding a receipt for the sale of paddy and has placed the same at page 19 of the compilation accompanying writ affidavit. His grievance is that though the amount was to be remitted to his bank account within a period of three to seven days, it has not so far been remitted.

4. Learned counsel for the respondent would accede to the receipt of the representation in light of the acknowledgement placed at page 23 of the typed set. He has also no objection to mandamus being issued as sought for.

5. Hence, there is a direction to the respondent to hear the petitioner and dispose the representation within a period of four (4) weeks from today, in accordance with law.
