This Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the respondentPolice to file a final report in FIR No.349 of 2024 dated 21.06.2024 pending on the file of the respondent-Police within a stipulated time that may be fixed by this Court.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent-Police, on instructions, submitted that investigation in Crime No.349 of 2024 was completed and final report was filed through e-filing vide e-filing No.LTN-20220002200C202500014 before the learned Judicial Magistrate-II, Ariyalur.

3. In view of the above submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. The petitioner is at liberty to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
