(Order of the Court was made by S.TAMILVANAN,J.) Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the first respondent. 2.This petition has been filed by the petitioner/father of the detenu S.Mohan, aged about 20 years, to cause production of his son, before this Court and to set him at liberty.

3.The alleged detenu is secured and produced before this Court by the first respondent police and the petitioner is also present before this Court.

4.On enquiry, the detenu stated that there is no illegal detention by anybody and that he expressed his willingness to go along with his father/the petitioner herein.

5.Recording the submission made by the alleged detenu that there is no illegal detention by anybody, this petition is closed as https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
