ORDER
The prayer in this writ petition is to dispose of the proceedings in M.P. No.1 of 2025 on the file of the second respondent.
2. Upon hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner and perusing the material records of the case, it can be seen that the application has been filed to recognise the petitioner as the hereditary trustee.
3. When the matter came up for admission, the learned Additional Government Pleader taking notice on behalf of the first and second respondents, would submit that if sufficient time is granted, the same will be considered in accordance with law and will be disposed of.
4. In view thereof, the writ petition is ordered on the following terms: The second respondent shall take up M.P.No.1 of 2025 for hearing and dispose of the same as expeditiously as possible, in accordance with law, in any event not later than twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of the web copy of the order, without waiting for the certified copy of the order.
