Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of Writ of Certiorafied Mandamus, to call for the records vide proceeding in Na.Ka.No.A2/1532/2018 dated 30.07.2018 passed by the 6th respondent and quash the same consequently directing the respondents 1 to 6 to restrain the 7th respondents from putting up a modern Rice Mill in S.F.No.154/4C of Karanur Village.

(This matter is taken up through Video Conferencing) The petitioner filed the Writ of Certiorafied Mandamus, to call for the records vide proceeding in Na.Ka.No.A2/1532/2018 dated 30.07.2018 passed by the 6th respondent and quash the same consequently directing the respondents to restrain the respondents from putting up a modern Rice Mill in S.F.No.154/4C of Karanur Village.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.V.Vijayakumar, learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission of this court to withdraw this Writ Petition. He also claimed to have circulated a letter to the Registry to withdraw the same.
