ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed challenging the impugned memo, dated 29.12.2025 passed by the 1st respondent.

2. Mr.C.Jayaprakash, learned Government Advocate, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 to 3. Since no adverse order has been passed against the 4th respondent in this writ petition, notice to the 4th respondent is dispensed with by this Court.

3. The impugned memo has been issued pursuant to the application having been submitted by the 4th respondent with the 1st respondent seeking to survey and demarcate the boundaries of the property. The petitioner contends that, despite the objections raised by him with regard to survey and demarcation of boundaries, the said objections have not been considered by the 1st respondent. Necessarily, Page No.2 of 6

the objections raised by the petitioner has to be considered by the 1st respondent before surveying and demarcating the boundaries of the property of the 4th respondent.

4. No prejudice would be caused to any of the respondents, if a direction is issued to the 1st respondent to consider the petitioner's objections with regard to the request made by the 4th respondent to survey and demarcate the boundaries of the subject property.

5. This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's contentions before this Court.

6. For the foregoing reasons, this Court directs the 1st respondent to consider the petitioner's objections with regard to the survey and demarcation of boundaries of the subject property, based on the 4th respondent and thereafter, proceed with the survey and demarcation of the boundaries of the subject property as requested by the 4th respondent. 7. With the aforesaid direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
