This Contempt Petition is filed to punish the respondent for disobeying the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.1046 of 2017 dated

12.01.2017.

2. Heard the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate for the respondent.

3. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent submitted that the respondent had complied with the directions of this Court made in W.P.No.1046 of 2017 dated 12.01.2017 by passing an order on 29.07.2017. The learned Government Advocate also produced the copy of the order dated 29.07.2017 passed by the respondent.

4. In view of the same, I do not find any reason to keep the Contempt Petition pending and accordingly the same is closed. It is open to the petitioner to challenge the order dated 29.07.2017 passed by the respondent, in accordance with law.
