ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for direction directing the respondents 1 to 3 to take appropriate action against the respondents 4 to 7 for their illegal katta Panchayat an ex-communication of the petitioner and his family members, by considering the Petitioner's representation dated 05.02.2024.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned Special Government Pleader for the first respondent and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) for the second respondent and perused the materials available on record.

3. On receipt of the complaint from the office of the second respondent, it was forwarded to the jurisdictional Police, viz., the Inspector of Police, Vellakanni Police Station, Nagapattinam and it is pending for enquiry.

4. In view of the above, the Inspector of Police, Vellakanni Police Station, Nagapattinam is directed to issue notice to the petitioner and the respondents 4 to 7 herein, conduct enquiry and dispose of the same, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
