JUDGMENT

Ms.Aparajitha Vishwanath, learned counsel appearing for the appellant and Mr.J.Srinivasan, learned counsel appearing for the respondent jointly submitted before us that the parties have already settled the matter amicably and a memo of compromise dated 17.12.2020 has also been filed to that effect in the Registry which is in SR No.20711 of 2020.

2.Learned counsel appearing for the appellant also submitted that the entire amount of Rs.54,74,260/- including GST has been paid.

3.Learned counsel appearing for the respondent also admitted the same.

4.Both the learned counsel requested this Court to dispose of the Appeal in terms of the memo of compromise. 5.In view of the above Compromise Memo dated 17.12.2020 making it clear that all the disputes between the parties stand settled and neither party shall have any further claim whatsoever and recording the submission made by both the learned counsel, this Appeal is disposed of. The Compromise Memo shall form part of the decree. No costs. Consequently, C.M.P. No.8351 of 2020 is closed. Registry is directed to amend the cause title as found in the Memorandum of Compromise dated 17.12.2020. * Herein enclosed the xerox copy of the Memorandum of Compromise.
