This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner that the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police everyday at 10.30 a.m., and 5.30 p.m., until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.26453 of 2022 dated 03.11.2022.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police on every Sunday for a period of three months, until further orders.
