ORDER

This petition has been filed to punish the respondent for willful violation of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ order made in W.P.No.14016 of 2020 dated 8.10.2020.

2.The learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondent submitted that the respondent has complied with the order and the request made by the petitioner was rejected by proceedings dated 18.03.2021. A copy of the order was also placed before this Court. The learned Government Advocate further submitted that the order has been sent to the petitioner yesterday, i.e. On 22.03.2021, through Registered Post.

3. The learned Government Advocate shall furnish a copy of the proceedings of the respondent dated 18.03.2021 to the learned counsel for the petitioner.

4. In view of the above development, no further orders can be passed in this petition and if the petitioner is aggrieved against the order of the respondent, it is left open to the petitioner to work out his remedy in accordance with law.
