Respondents Prayer : Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a writ of habeas corpus calling for the entire records relating to Thiru Krishnakanth @ Krishna @ Kisan the detenu under Act 14 of 1982 vide detention order No.583/BCDFGISSV/2015 dated 22.07.2015 on the file of the 2nd respondent herein and quash the same as illegal and consequently direct the respondents to produce the detenu Thiru Krishnakanth @ Krishna @ Kisan son of Sivakumar Male, aged 25 years before this Court and set him at liberty from the detention now confined at Central Prison, Puzhal, Chennai.

ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by P.N.PRAKASH J.) The petitioner, who is the brother of the detenue Krishnakanth @ Krishna @ Kisan, son of Sivakumar, aged 25 years, has come forward with this petition challenging the detention order passed by the second respondent dated 22.07.2015 against his brother branding him as a "Goonda" under the Tamil Nadu https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
Prevention of Dangerous Activities of Bootleggers, Drug Offenders, Forest Offenders, Goondas, Immoral Traffic Offenders, Sand Offenders, Slum Grabbers and Video Pirates Act, 1982 [Tamil Nadu Act 14 of 1982].
2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the order of detention passed by the second respondent as against the brother of the petitioner dated 22.07.2015 has been revoked by the Government in G.O. [Rt] No.5586, Home, Prohibition & Excise [XIII] Department dated 01.09.2015 and he has also produced a copy of the said order.
3. Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this petition is closed as the same has become infructuous.
