ORDER

This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondent herein for their willful disobedience of the order passed by this Hon'ble 1/3

Court in Crl.O.P.No.17304 of 2020 dated 04.11.2020, thereby directed the respondent to issue fresh Referred Charge Sheet notice to the petitioner within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that as directed by this Court, the respondent served a fresh Referred Charge Sheet notice in RCS.No.50 of 2022 to the petitioner on 30.06.2022.
