Respondents Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the second and third respondent-authorities to conduct mop up counselling for the meritorious candidates as per the NEET score in terms of the Clause 12 of the prospectus issued by the third respondent-authority under G.O.(D) No.6 of the first respondent-authority, so as to enable the petitioner to participate in such counselling for admission to MBBS Course under Government Quota Seat in any one of the Self Financing Medical College during the current academic year 2020-2021.
