Habeas Corpus Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a writ of Habeas Corpus calling for the records of the detention made in D.O. No.01/2015-C2 dated 11.01.2015 passed by the District Collector and District Magistrate, Thiruvannamalai District, Thiruvannamalai, the second respondent herein and to set aside the same and to direct the respondents to produce the detenu before this Court and to set the detenu Pandu, son of Subbarayan, aged about 38 years, now confined in Central Prison, Vellore at liberty.

(Order of the Court was made by S.TAMILVANAN,J.) The petitioner, who is the wife of the detenu Pandu, son of Subbarayan, aged about 38 years, has come forward with this petition challenging the detention order in D.O. No.01/2015-C2 dated 11.01.2015 passed by the second respondent against her husband
branding him as a "Bootlegger" under the Tamil Nadu Prevention of Dangerous Activities of Bootleggers, Drug Offenders, Forest Offenders, Goondas, Immoral Traffic Offenders, Sand Offenders, Slum Grabbers and Video Pirates Act, 1982 [Tamil Nadu Act 14 of 1982]. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the order of detention passed by the second respondent as against the husband of the petitioner dated 11.01.2015 has been revoked by the Government in G.O. [Rt] No.1717, Home, Prohibition & Excise [XI] Department dated 09.03.2015 and he has also produced a copy of the said order.
3. Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this petition is closed as the same has become infructuous.
