The matter is taken up through web hearing.

This writ petition is filed as against the tender notification dated 14.12.2020 in respect of Condition No.4, the eligibility criteria prescribed by the tender floating authority.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.Prakash Adiapadam, learned counsel appearing for the first respondent submitted that there is typographical error in the tender notification and therefore, the respondent is inclined to recall the tender notification and issue a fresh tender notification.

3. In view of the submission made by Mr.Prakash Adiapadam, learned counsel for the first respondent, this Writ Petition is closed as no further order is required. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
