ORDER

This petition is filed seeking for a direction, directing the respondents to register a case on the complaint dated 26.03.2015 and to proceed with the investigation according to law.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police.

3. It is seen that the complaint has been sent by post to the respondent police. Hence, the petitioner is directed to go in person and give a copy of the complaint dated 26.03.2015 to the respondent police along with the supporting documents and on receipt of the same, the respondent police shall conduct enquiry and take action in accordance with the law laid down by the Honourable Apex Court in Lalita Kumari vs. Govt. of U.P. & others [2013 (4) Crimes 243 (SC)].
