It is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the sole respondent died, but till date, no steps have been taken to bring the legal heirs on record. Hence, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as abated with liberty to move appropriate application, if the legal heirs of the petitioner warrants so to do. No costs.
