ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the first and second respondents to consider the petitioner's case on the basis of the order passed by the first respondent in the Proceedings of the Director of School Education, Chennai - 600006 in Na.Ka.No.34116/D1/C4/13 dated 27.11.2013 and approve his appointment as BT Assistant in SKDJ Higher Secondary School, Thiruverkadu, Chennai - 600077 and provide Teaching Grant for his post.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that this Writ Petition itself has become infructuous and he has made an endorsement to that effect in the Court record.
