ORDER

By order dated 05.06.2023, I had referred the dispute between the parties to be mediated by a retired Judge of this Court.

2. Today, a Report had been filed by the Hon'ble Mediator indicating that the entire issue had been settled between the parties and had also enclosed the Settlement Agreement that had been arrived at between them.

3. The learned counsel appearing on either side submitted in unison that both the parties have acknowledged complete satisfaction of the Settlement Agreement, dated 04.10.2023 that had been annexed along with the Report. Therefore, no further adjudication is required to be made in this matter and the same may be closed.

4. Accordingly, this Arbitration Original Petition is closed. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
