ORDER
The petitioner filed this Writ Petition, to issue a writ of Mandamus, forbearing the respondents from giving the EB Service connection to the well situated in survey No.145/1 at Therakoil Village, Vandavasi Taluk, Thiruvannamalai District.
2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that due to private dispute, the petitioner already made an objection for providing the service connection. Now, the dispute has been settled between the parties. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
3. In view of the settlement reached between the parties, nothing survives in the present writ petition and no further adjudication is required. Accordingly, the present writ petition stands dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
