ORDER
(MADE BY DR. S.VIMALA, J.) The petitioner, the mother of the detenue, has filed the present petition, seeking production of her daughter, Harini, aged 22 years, who is alleged to be under the illegal custody of the 3rd respondent, before this Court and to set her at liberty.
2. When the matter is taken up, there is no representation for the petitioner. Learned Addl. Public Prosecutor submits that the detenue has married the 3rd respondent and that the detenue herself has given statement before the police stating that she would appear before the Court as and when required.
