ORDER
The petitioner has challenged an impugned notice dated 16.12.2021 issued by the respondent calling upon the petitioner to show cause as to why the vehicle of the petitioner should not be confiscated under Section 14(4) of Tamil Nadu Prohibition Act, 1937.
2. The Writ petition is premature as the petitioner has to reply to the aforesaid show cause notice. The petitioner has an alternate remedy. Therefore, Court records that the Writ petition is liable to be dismissed. Accordingly, this Writ petition is dismissed. No Costs. Connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
